Khandagiri is the second most developing area after Chandrasekharpur and Patia in Bhubaneswar.
Pros:
- Nearer to Bus stand, Airport and NH-5
- Fast developing area
Cons:
- Major problem is the alu godown, bcoz of the dusty environment.
