Founder of R.K.Group, Mr. Somen Coondoo, has around 30 years of extensive experience in successfully running this enterprise. He holds a LLB (Professional), CS (Finalist) and in addition a Course in International Trade & Management. Have been managing three business firms- R. K. Associates (Executive Search & Selection), RKPL Services (Outsourcing and Third Party contract) and ARKAY Brand builder’s hardware- very successfully and profitably.

Since 1992 have been Director of Dynamic Group companies, one of the company Dynamic Enpro Ltd. is engaged in representing various multinational companies in the field of Oil & Gas sector, Civil and Infrastructure for providing specialized services.

Prior to his passion of providing the best executive talent in India, he has worked at various positions with the large Indian business houses, have been working with reputed companies Indmag Ltd., Delhi (a Killachand Group Company) as their International –Export and Import Business, and with British India Corporation, Kanpur at managerial levels.
