Currently the company is headed by a marketing professional, an M.B.A with 35 years of invaluable experience in various industries.

Initial 12 years in the Indian Corporate world and the rest 23 years in Real Estate marketing.

He is a Member of the Managing Committee ofEstate Agents Association of Pune for 16 years. For 6 years from 2003 to 2009 was the President of the Estate Agents Association of Pune.

During his tenure the membership of the association increased four fold. He was instrumental in professionalizing the association and empowering its members by creating opportunities for disseminating of information and training on relevant subjects to its members.

He became member of National Association of Realtors India of which he was the President for the year 2009-2010. During his tenure EAAP became the first Association of Realtors to get I.S.O. 9001 accreditation. It is also during this time E.A.A.P. moved to a bigger Association office on Bund Garden Road.

From 2009 to 2010 he was the president of NAR-INDIA during his tenure he helped in raising Rs 1 crore for the Association by publishing the first Directory of members. He has been Chairman of the membership committee for last 3 years during which time the membership of NAR-INDIA has grown to 26 Associations. He has been on the NAR-INDIA Governing Body for the last 5 years. Currently he is the Vice Chairman of NAR-INDIA and continues to chair the membership committee.

He has been a Rotarian since 1984. He’s a member of Rotary Club of Poona Main. He has assisted in the effort to promote “Disaster Medicine and Trauma Management” along with Rotary Club of Birmingham in Kilasi (Latur), Goa, Chennai, Orissa and Jamnagar. He initiated the project of Trauma Management Centre and Disaster Medicine at Ruby Hall along with Rotary Club of Birmingham in 1999 for which he was recipient of Paul Harris fellowship from Rotary Club of Birmingham in 2004 in U.K. He was the 1 st non U.K. citizen to get it from Rotary Club of Birmingham.

He is a member of Maratha Chamber of Commerce Infrastructure Committee. He is also a member of the Top Management Club in Pune.
