Specifications
- Construction shall be in accordance with the approved plan and permit
- Construction of the foundation and basement shall be with RR masonry
- Construction of the superstructure shall be with Late rite masonry wall
- Construction of the flooring shall be with branded 2*2 (Johnson/somany)( Rs.50 approx) vitrified tiles
- Construction of the kitchen counter top may be with granite top and stainless steel sink, and Glazed tile above the working platform
- Construction of the toilet flooring shall be with anti skid ceramic tiles (Rs.35 to 45)and glazed wall tiles up to 2 mtr, glazed sanitary fixtures and CP fittings of ISI standards (parryware)
- Installation of electrical connection shall be with concealed copper wiring (V-Guard or RR-kabel)in PVC conduits controlled by BDB , ELCB, MCB with separate meters providing adequate light, fan and power points
- Concealed conduits wiring of cable TV in living room and master bed room shall be installed.
- All door frames and window frames made on Malaysian irul. All window panels made on Malaysian irul.
- Front door and kitchen door panel will be made on Malaysian irul.
- Putty and emulsion painting shall be provided in the sit out and hall. Painting of other areas may be provided with emulsion painting
- Separate compound wall with gate shall be provided
