Specifications

  1. Construction shall be in accordance with the approved plan and permit
  2. Construction of the foundation and basement shall be with RR masonry
  3. Construction of the superstructure shall be with Late rite masonry wall
  4. Construction of the flooring shall be with branded 2*2 (Johnson/somany)( Rs.50 approx) vitrified tiles
  5. Construction of the kitchen counter top may be with granite top and stainless steel sink, and Glazed tile above the working platform
