RANISATI is derived after the name of GODDESS RANISATI, worshipped by vaishya community all over the state of Rajasthan. The company was originally set up by the name of Ranisati Impex Pvt Ltd. In 1995, promoted by Mr Anil Mittal , the founder, to impart the services related to sale purchase of properties, documentation, investment advisory services etc. The company also entered into development business, by undertaking few residential and commercial projects in Noida, Greater Noida, haridwar, Mathura etc. To further enhance the activities of the company, we have also formed a new company in its group called Ranisati Surajgarhia Infrustructure Ltd, in 2007, with main objective of carrying developers business.

Over few years of selfless and dedicated hardwork of Shri Anil Mittal and his handful of associates, they took the company to this enviable position whereby ranisati became the most reputed and leading real estate company.Ranisati in span of 12 years , grew into a trustworthy company with its knowledge of the property, area, government and every other aspect of life surrounding the investment.
