And they are providing value for money product for end users . Because there is a flyover is coming in kharar which is starting from Bilongi barrier to Ludhiana T Point so projects which are after the flyover are going to give good return to investors and a very good approach to end users because it will take only 4 to 5 minuts for a person to reach chandigarh by the fly over. One wont need to go across the heavy traffic of Kharar. So because of this these projects will definitely appreciate also. Fly over will ply a very important roll in these projects .
