Marvel is not ready for years and will not be ready for many more years. Buyers have paid full amount as early as in 2008. They are fooling them. Every time they will tell that the construction work will start in next 15 days. It is 5 years now and still no progress.

Pathetic management I would say. We have been following with the marketing person for possession for the last 2 years but no response at all. We are really tired of calling the sales person Lokesh Sharma for our IndiraPuram flat but not getting the proper response from him. So I would request you all please think before going ahead with Niho as taking a possession is a big time pain. We own a flat in K block in Indrapuram. Wish we could get it soon.
