The dream of a simplistic yet visionary man led him to leave his native Kharar in District Ropar and pursue his dreams. This road led him to the national capital of Delhi where this farsighted entrepreneur with single minded devotion created the Gupta Colony on the Northern outskirts of the city near the King?s way camp.?

A man who valued honesty and integrity above everything else, Shri Brahma Nand Gupta had a prophetic vision for the future and it was this pioneering spirit which he passed on to his son. Bestowed with his father?s vision and innate talent, Shri Sunil Gupta carried the legacy forward when in 1989 he laid the foundation of a firm Living and Space, which would go on to become one of the most successful ventures.

The beginning of the journey

In the year 1984 when Living and Space was still in its formative stages, Mr. Sunil Gupta had to bear the loss of his father, Shri Bhrama Nand Gupta. This shattering loss made it all the more harder for his son to carry on. The firm was faced with the lack of finances and the expertise of his father. Mr. Sunil Gupta had the rich and strong heritage of his father to protect and took the helm of the firm in his firm hands.?

In 1990, the first office of the firm was opened at Bhikaji Cama place from which started the real journey of Living and Space as it commenced it operations. This Somdutt Chamber No1 office in New Delhi was the foundation from which the firm arose to become the most successful ventures in the Real Estate Sector with a diversified clientel which included political leaders, Kedia Group, Meena Bazaar and Diwan Saheb.

The present position of dominance

Starting with the South Delhi sector, the expertise and experience of Living and Space has now expanded considerably and the firm has ventured into the realty sector of Noida, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Kundli(Sonipat) and Faridabad.

The firm has been successfully handling diversified projects like the Sale of Kothis in areas of prime real estate including Vasant Vihar, Defence Colony, Shantiniketan, South Extensions, Panchsheel Park and Safdarjung Enclave. Apart from these major projects, the firm has been the exclusive seller of commercial offices in Rajendra Place, Connaught Place, Saket (Select City Mall), Jasola, Pushpa Bhavan and Nehru Place.?
