As a business diversification, the construction business was launched in 1996. The first project was launched at Kondhwa, Pune in the name and style of KENT HILL VIEW, a small project of 14 flats. Since then we have completed projects in various areas of Pune like LAXMI ROAD, GANESH PETH, WANOWRIE, NIBM ROAD, UNDRI, etc., besides projects in the out-skirts of Pune like KHANDALA.
