Its new construction, ready to shift. Its on quite place, corner building, near school. Near to main entrance. No construction near by, so ample of open view from all three balconies.
Painting done in all Rooms.

Pros:
  • New upcoming Highway Mumbai to Nagpur, expected to go via Shahapur.
  • 24 hrs water supply. Solar system available for hot water.
Cons:
  • Malls and Hospital under construction.

Karrm Residency is the best property with convenient payment option. It is a good township with all good amenities like school & hospital. Good location and weather in Sahapur. What I like most is Own water tank and Electricity connection for the project.

  • Little far from mumbai but will not be in future
