Ignite Career Confidence

Ignite Career Confidence Pvt. Ltd. was founded in Boston, MA in 2013 by Geetha Ramamurthy and Shyam Ramamurthy. We spent our first six months understanding market needs, setting up quality infrastructure and building strong relationships in India. We established our headquarters in Bangalore and later launched an additional office in Hubli and Pune.

Our strength is our team and our main deliverable is our training. Strong advisory and content teams work together to support our pool of experienced trainers. Managing our programs, spreading awareness of what we can offer, and exercising superior customer service is what we stand for. Our philosophy is that all our staff should first learn to become trainers in order to properly understand our deliverables. We are very proud of our team and what we have accomplished in such a short time.
