A beautiful project with nice and spacious apartments, low rise buildings with lots of greenery in and around the sector. Having three balconies per apartment makes them very well ventilated and receives lot of sunshine. Located in posh sector 93 of Noida with big wide roads and modern buildings. Sector 83 metro station (around a km) gives the sector a great connectivity with rest of Noida and Delhi. Maintenance cost is low 600 rs/month. Rental is good if you looking from investment point of view ( 11000-13000). Rents out quickly

ExpressView apartment is no frills apartment but very very spacious. In-fact its drawing room and kitchen is so big that it beats the flat of sizes 2800 sq ft and above. Property is located ideally with great connectivity and approach. CNG pump and petrol pump is near by.
