It is only at 30 minutes distance from Gateway of India traveling by boat and 2.5 hours journey from Mumbai by road. Looking at this Government is coming up new projects to make it mini Mumbai. Projects Like - sea bridge corridor from Mumbai to Alibag, Railway projects are already in pipelines. All celebrities e.g. - Tata, Dhiubhai Ambani, Shahrukh khan, Priyanka chopra, Madhuri dixit,Akhshay Kumar and many more already have bungalows in Alibag. A SEZ also proposed which will make it a economic hub in future. Many MNCs are investing in property on large scale in Alibag.
Thus Alibag becomes an ideal location for investment which ensures a good appreciation in short duration.

Alibaug is a great place to invest for the future. It is an ideal location for Bombay citizens looking for second homes. After the Nhava Seva link is ready this will be the most sought after place. You can travel from Gateway of Inida by the ferry and reach Mandwa Jetty in 40 minutes. Atmosphere like Goa.

Alibag is situated on bank of Arabian sea. It is a tourist place. Neat and clean beaches. Very good atmosphere.
