Consultants. The Chief Promoter was also the Director of M/s. BBC Hotels Pvt. Ltd. which constructed
Hotel Royal Inn in Khar (West), Mumbai.
M/s. Landmark Real Estate Developers Ltd. (hereinafter addressed as “LREDL”) is a professionally
managed company engaged in the business of Real Estate Development. Looking to the large scale
ongoing development and saturated market in Mumbai city & suburbs, the Directors of LREDL found it
more profitable with the comparatively less investment to start a new project in upcoming & fast
developing areas near Mumbai. Each one of the 3 Directors of the Company are individually well versed,
