Review of Katraj, Pune
Katraj area comes in Ambegaon area and comes in South Pune region .South Pune is now a days in growing stage .Katraj area is developed due to Bharti Vidya peeth Hospital and Medical Campus and Rajiv Gandhi Zoo.All societies surrounding these two areas are old and few resale flats are available. All new projects are coming in Ambegaon area near Ambegaon Gram Panchayat. South pune prices are low as compared to East Pune and West Pune. Many new projects are coming in South Pune.
