I am fully convince with VIPUL LAVANYA sec-81 New Gurgaon, right now this is the best property for enduse as well as for future investment as compare to other builders in new Gurgaon, layout & floor plans are too good, & i think after 1-1.5 year or after possession the Lavanya rate would be above 7000-8000 per/sq.ft. & it is very close to N.H 8 & Dwarka express-way, right now as a builder VIPUL Ltd. is very renowned in Real Estate Market & they have given very sound landmark to Gurgaon like-Vipul BELMONTE on Golf Course Road, Vipul GREENS on Sohna Road, Vipul luxurious TATVAM Villas in Gurgaon & many more residential & Commercial as well....they have delivered approx 18-20 project in Gurgaon in very short period... & all projects are timely delivered, so i think Vipul LAVANYA is a suggest-able property for everyone...
