Soham Real Estate (Soham) was set up in 1981 with a vision to create a business that would make a tangible difference in the development of physical and social infrastructure with living spaces that are simultaneously inspirational as well as aspirational. We dreamt of uplifting the living standards for the masses and classes by re-imagining the use of space, the application of technology, integration of design elements and a promise of a rewarding home-buying experience; which would be a source of inspiration for others. Clearly, our dream was beyond buildings and property. We chose the city of Thane, which in spite of being Mumbai’s twin city, lacked the required infrastructure and quality housing unlike India’s economic capital. We ventured out to offer modern yet sustainable living spaces, with a far more beneficial value proposition in line with our pursuit of ensuring that our business makes a meaningful difference in the lives of people associated with us.
