E Khata

In order to get e khata, you need to go to the respective BMRDA, BIAAPA & DTCP offices / panchayat offices and the following documents will be required;

1. Copy of Previous khata / manual khata

2. Copy of Sale deed

3. Latest Encumbrance certificate (EC)

4. Photo of the plot.

5. Photos of the owner(s) -

6. Copy of Photo ID proof of the owner(s) like PAN card/Passport/DL

7. Copy BMRDA release order reflecting your plot number and survey number.

It usually takes 30-45 days to get E-Khata after submitting the application along with the above documents.
