Sector ETA-02 is very good from price point of view. It has good wide roads and just 3.5 km from Pari Chowk. Metro station will be just 1.5 km away from this sector, so connectivity wise it is very well placed.

Metro station will be just 1.5 km away from this sector, so connectivity wise it is very well placed. Price for an apartment right now is in between 3100 to 3500 per sq.ft. It is a right time to invest in this sector according to me as I have invested in Ansal API which is developing this property beautifully.
