Sundarpada area is the fast developing area of Bhubaneswar City. The local Municipal Authority has been outpaced by the Private Housing Development and is currently on a mission mode to provide all advanced facilities to Sundarpada. The connectivity is soon to be better with a proposed 200 ft Highway .The government of Odisha has already earmarked the locality to be a hub of education and commercial activities and is allocating lands to some major institutions.

Sundarapad is the most positive region in Bhubaneswar. Its stow part is divided into Jatani main road i.e. right and left side towards Jatani. Our project is on the right side of the roads, it is surrounded by greenery, bank, mall, etc. International Airport & AIIMS 10 mints drive. D.A.V Public school & Lingaraja rly station 6 mins drive. Hi-Tech squire 1 mins and OEC, Xavier University 5 mins. I.I.T. & N.I.S.E.R. Bhubaneswar 10 mins drive from it.
