Locality Reviews Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar

Khandagiri is the City Centre as per Bhubanswar Cuttack twin city master plan, thus has become the new hub of residential & commercial activity. Very near to AIIMS, having good schools, shopping centers in the vicinity. Very good housing projects in the area like Cosmopolish, Vipul garden etc has increased the acceptability of the area many fold. The national Highway No- 5 with its feeder road at both sides provides good connectivity with the area to all parts of Bhubaneswar as well as well connected to major cities of Odisha.

Project Reviews DN Oxy Park

Dn Homes peoples cheating the innocent customers by promising a lot ,But not delivering.Swimming pool looks like bath tub.Lift space is very small for high rise building like 16th floor.Number of lifts are less than what promised.
No primum facility is there.Quality of sanitary fitings also very poor.
Outside the house so many fire pipes which looks very odd .
Entry and exit system of vechicles are not proper.

Cons:
  • Lots of cons.
