Rajajinagar 3rd block I am staying here for the past 56 years. I will be travelling through all the areas up-to J.P.Nagar, K.R.Puram, Yalahanka, and Nagarabhavi, and Sunkadakatte on Magadi road. But no areas will match Rajajinagar, especially, 3rd block which is center of all activities, may be for sports/games, friendly people, temples of all religion, malls, hotels moreover you can compare the food, vegetable rates with other areas, it is the best, as well with the quality.

Rajajinagar is one of the best and centrally located busy area, that's because anyone wants to go to areas like Vijayanagar, Basaveshwarnagar, Nagarabhavi, Bangalore university and towards Mysore road which is the best connected route have to go through Rajajinagar. This area is best for any commercial activities, where many schools, colleges, banks, offices are located all around the city. Metro Rail, Metro Mall, Orion Mall, Iscon temple and many more interesting places around to visit aswell as for shopping which is one of the best location in Bangalore.

  • Connected with Metro Train near Navarang and other areas
  • Banks, Hospitals and Colleges are nearby

  • I found in some areas are polluted since it is bypass route to many places
  • Some roads are still to be improved

Rajajinagar is centrally located in Bangalore. World trade center has come up recently along with Sheraton 5 star hotel. Middle class people are more here.

Rajajinagar area is good, but brokers and owners are cheating, they demand more rent. Almost all house have no parking. Real single bedroom rent is 5000 to 7000, double bedroom rent is 7000 to 10000.

Rajajinagar is a very good area with a good mix of Residential, Commercial & Industrial Area. It is free from traffic problems & has very low air pollution. The last few years have seen a tremendous growth of commercial activity & high end residential apartments in & around Rajajinagar, Malleswaram & Vijaynagar Area. With Metro connectivity likely to get completed in another 6 to 8 months time, the areas in and around the Metro station are bound to have a huge demand potential for Commercial Offices, Showrooms & Residential Apartments. Large parcel of land are now becoming commercial offices & malls since most of the Industries in Rajajinagar have moved out to Peenya Industrial Area & Dobespet.
