G S T Road is a good location which is connected to other parts of the city. Three economy zone is available here.

All the NRI's & investors are targeted GST road because all the future developments in Chennai south only. Then 2 new sip-cots proposed in Thindivanam near GST Road. Then government announced new proposal bus stop like a koyambedu in vandalur GST Road. So after 5 years GST Road is the new chennai town
