It's a good locality with almost all basic amenities available except sewerage line which is currently being laid (nearly 70 % completed). Distance only about 1-1.5 km. from Metro line (Blue line-Dwarka Mor Metro Station.) Mohan garden is very well connected to the main Najafgarh Road. Private transportation are easily available (shared cabs, rickshaws etc.) even quite late at night. It has very reasonable land prices- in fact cheap in comparison to nearby localities.
