Gillco Valley Gillco Towers has no Club House at all, no Table Tennis, no indoor games facility for children. More over there is no Electronic Security. Intercoms are at times not functioning fire alarm still lacks proper functioning.
Though there is a GYM, Park and Security which changes 2-3 times a year but has no Community Hall. I had bought a Flat over there expecting all what was mentioned in the Brochure but regret till date no Club House, Swimming Pool, Children Play Area and Community Center

Kharar Landran Road is the most upcoming locality in Mohali. Its biggest plus point is its excellent connectivity with all prime cities like Ludhiana, Ropar, Ambala, Zirakpur and Chandigarh.
