Basaveshwara Nagar is a BDA developed locality well served by BMTC transport to all important places in Bangalore; Has a number of good parks, schools & colleges, market, hotels, private hospitals like Chord Road hospital, Panesia hospital etc., a big Ambedkar Stadium with both indoor and outdoor facilities; Just 6 km from the city railway station and Majestic area on the one side and about 5 km from Yeshwanthpur railway station and Mallewaram railway station on the other.

Cons:
  • Some of the footpaths are occupied by vendors.
