Very well planned, good connectivity, Consists of reputed schools and colleges, super market chains, banks, connectivity to Metro, neighborhood IT and software co.'s, malls, hospitals, many parks and business established. Rental is real value for money compared to other locations. You really don't need to take your vehicle out of home everything available in walking distance!!
