Sitapur Road is more rapidly growing areas than other area of Lucknow. Now NH 24 is going to be upgraded
to 8 Lane. This Govt Announcement has enhanced the price of this area. There is good communication facility
and all the features of being a Posh Colony are available and definitely coming days this is going to be a very
costly areas to invest or to live in.
