Project Reviews Eldeco Sharanam

Eldeco Sharanam is one of the prime projects of Noida, where a great deal of attention has been paid by the builder to ensure that the quality of construction is excellant. Since I have a few clients in the construction team, I have followed the project diligently, and have been more then satisfied with my decision to invest here.
The finishing mayh not be so good due to the delays, but it is better then many projects.

Pros:
  • Excellant ambience and theme based landscaping
  • On a very prime road, with easy access to both Noida and Delhi
  • Very exclusive and selected gentry.
Cons:
  • Project got delayed by nearly 3 years due to various reasons.
  • The second phase is under construction, so overall picture is not achieved.
