It already has the basic infrastructure, wide roads, sewerage, drainage, which many old and established localities are lacking. In recent years this area has been a hot favorite for builders and developers. Assiana developers have a project Royal Lagoon is building which has 15 towers each 13 storey high. Z1 estates and Mani Tirumala also building sky scrappers here. These projects have plans for commercial properties and malls which is going to bring glitter to this locality. Besides there are other projects, such as Maruti Residency. The USP of Raghunathpur is that people living in this area have good connectivity to both cuttack rly station and Bhubaneswar rly station, and airport are within 15 to 17 KMs. The roads are free of congestion. The road to airport has most prestigious hotels,- trident, ginger, etc. The info-city is within three Kilometers, There are many prestigious schools, e.g. SAI international and DAV. The place has excellent connectivity to city through Municipality town bus service every five minutes and also autos which are available every minute. The New Bhubaneswar rly stations which will be the satellite rly station for Bhubaneswar city, has been announced by east coast railways last year, is very near to this locality. The famed Nandan kanan zoological park and Botanical garden are within 2 Kilometers.
