Nizampet has best vastu, best ventilation, level high position, market, schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, temples at within 5 minutes walk or within 1km. It is a dry place with less water is normal complaint, but one should have relook and think. It is a middle class paradise. things are available cheaper rates. villagers are friendly folk for any assistance.
