Best and excellent place for living but Sagar royal multi house (Star ) Bhopal Maintenance supervisor(Sanjay) is one of the cheating person i never seen before,please change that person.He is cheating money from other state people by taking token advance when they approach for rented residency to them.when person ask to return the token advance money if they not interested ,he said i transfer to owner,when we ask the contact number of owner,he is giving number which not able to connect.
He is completely spoiling sagar royal villa residency owner name too.Please take the action early and keep genuine person

Sagar Royal Villas is a good covered campus, almost 600 families reside here in flats and duplexes. It is well organised and also have a small shopping complex for utilities. The builder has handed over the charge of maintaining the campus to the society recently. Shopping malls and BRTS corridor is nearby. Last 5 years the growth has been 250% in property rates. The rental value is maximum at Hoshangabad Road.
