Kandivali(west) is a very good locality from commercial as well as residential point of view. My Property is located in prime area of Kandivali(west) , which can be used for dual purpose i.e. for both commercial cum residential purpose.

Kandivali West is a superb locality for residential and good comfort for market as well as school.

Kandivali West is a better transport facility & security system is good. Parks, school, hospital and temples all such daily required place near by.

Kandivali West is not a crowded place. Good green locality, good connectivity, Gujarati Jain neighborhood, one you mix they are friendly. Area does not flood during rains. Everything is available with ease.
