Its Located at only 1 km from Proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport. Its Best place for Investment with 100% Appreciation in coming months. It has Good Connectivity as it is only 2.5 km from Panvel and Kamothe Station. It takes 1 hour by Local Train to reach CST. Buses and Autos available from Panvel

Karanjade Village is a good location but there is no water supply from CIDCO till date. People are staying there and paying more amount for the water. These People are getting the water through tanker and this water is not drinkable. So people have to pay for drinking water. Builder are trying to force the CIDCO to start the water connection at Karanjade node, but there is no use of that. Some families are staying there from last two years, and waiting for water connection. Also CIDCO stoped to give the OC of the building to avoid to give the early water connection to this Karanjade node. It might possible next one or two years for getting the water connection from cidco. So, still Karanjade is not good to stay.
