Karanjade Village is a good location but there is no water supply from CIDCO till date. People are staying there and paying more amount for the water. These People are getting the water through tanker and this water is not drinkable. So people have to pay for drinking water. Builder are trying to force the CIDCO to start the water connection at Karanjade node, but there is no use of that. Some families are staying there from last two years, and waiting for water connection. Also CIDCO stoped to give the OC of the building to avoid to give the early water connection to this Karanjade node. It might possible next one or two years for getting the water connection from cidco. So, still Karanjade is not good to stay.

Karanjade Village is a good location but no water supply from CIDCO till date. I don't know when this can be solved. If any body have information please inform.

Karanjade Village is one of the fastest developing node of Navi Mumbai. It is developed and maintained by CIDCO.
