Chandapura is located south of Bangalore. Very fast developing area. This is Town Municipality Council (TMC) in the Bangalore urban district of Karnataka. Electronics City is 6 km from Chandapura Circle on NH 7 on Hosur Road. Chandapura has a Saturday market for localites for fresh vegetables, fruits and lowers. According to reliable and availables sources Candapura to get Namma Metro services by 2021. Extending from Bommasandra. Surya Nagar Phase 1 ( also known as Karnataka Housing Board) is less than 1/2 kilometer from Chandapura. There are some industrial areas very nearby to chandapura circle and some areas are Bommasandra Industrial, Jigani Industrial, Attibele Industrial, Hosur Industrial areas and Electronic city IT. Chandapura has railway station which connects to Bangalore City and the South Indian states namely Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Under construction 275 acres Allianz Eldorado Park on Anekal Jigani Road with 1100 villas plus 200 row houses, 500 apartments, 18 hole golf course, 4 screen Multiplex, 5 star hotel with 150 rooms
PES engineering college, Oxford Institutions - both on Hosur Road, will be about less than 15 kms. This Chandapura Anekal road from Chandapura Circle (C-Circle) till Anekal - which is about 14 kms long, is being widened into a huge massive 300 ft road and work is under progress now at this moment.
Phase II of Bangalore Metro to be done from 2015 to 2020 has already got Chandapura circle included in the rail network proposed and is expected that Anekal will be included in Phase III.
This Chandapur Anekal road will soon become a part of the Intermediate Ring Road
This Intermediate Ring Road will be a total length of 188 km which will connect Chandapura, Anekal, Nelamangala, Bidadi, Harohalli, Tattekere, Hosakote, Sarjapura, Jigani, Tavarekere, Aradeshanahalli and Mylenahalli and connect Devanahalli International Airport directly. This road (including the Chandapur Anekal stretch)
