Hanspal is a very good location with upcoming Business Park's and shopping malls in between the twin city's of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar and also very close by to a Medical College and hospitals and few management College's around the vicinity. Its located on Cuttack Puri road, and its quite affordable. Some very good projects are coming up there.
