Sector 16, Gr. Noida is mostly occupied with high rise building apartments project. Many branded and other builders are striving to provided best of the best project. There is no doubt that sector will see a very high rates hike in future due to good connectivity and links with key destinations. The NH - 24 which is just 2-3 km from sector 16 has also been approved for elevated 8 line high way. Which means that once you get on NH-24 you can get in to Delhi in mere 15 Minutes that too with out paying any tool tax. Metro has also been sanctioned from Noida City Center to Pari Chock.
