Dhayari is a developing locality with many upcoming projects near by. It is located in the heart of city but still close to nature. Good opportunity to invest in a good property at low cost, till this area is getting developed. In last two years the property rates here have rise from 2500 Rs/sq. ft. to 4000-6000 Rs/sq .ft.

Pros:
