Sec 137 is a big sec near about all big buildors projects are hear all the sec is neat & clean
All fasselitys is available .a big hospital Felix is available in this sector. Incoming metro station is also near by sector 137 . This sector is situated on Noida greater Noida expressway.

Sector 137 comes under residential - Special Development area, as per the master plan of Noida. There were 7 Group Housing Plots there (All of them have been auctioned). There is sector 141 in front which is a Green area and the FNG expressway passes through it. Even though the population density will be high, but the connectivity is better (both Greater Noida and FNG expressway are close).
Also once there are many families living there the amenities will be well developed.
