Dombivli East is a good locality for families from daily life convenience point of view. People who know Dombivli well come here from Mumbai (Mulund/ Bhandup) as well for shopping. All in all a good place from practical convenience outlook.

  • You can safely walk even at night till Icon hospital.

Renowned personalities from all walks of life are staying here. Boundaries of Dombivli are extending due to increase in home seekers & non-availability of space. Big projects are coming at outskirts of Dombivli from reputed developers with all modern amenities.

Regency estate is a prime residential complex in Dombivali east at Dawdi gaon. It is situated at 3.5 km from railway station. Regency estate, with its beautiful structure and design, is situated at the heart of Dobivili. It is spread on sprawling 30 acre expanded, independent township houses, landscape gardens, with kids play area, a wide spread club house, an amphitheater. Moreover spiritually to discuss, it has a mediation room in clubhouse and also a temple for all religions. It has saibaba temple with wide spread garden and with coconut trees in it, a divine experience you get when you enter the premises. When you enter the temple premises, all your negative energy vanishes, and have positive mind.
Regency estate has a lot of gardens, which are, a garden with kids play area, garden with jogging track with utmost lavishness, a garden with basket ball court, garden with box cricket, etc. Regency estate is a five year old constructed project but the growth is enormous.
Regency estate has a well formed society in the name of Regency estate cooperative housing society, well organised by committee members of the society. Well maintained by regency people and society members. To add a feather to regency cap, the society developed in such a way, that it started with one bus facility to travel up to station but now it has four buses of its own and also recently initiated KDMC bus facility too for other public who are staying nearby regency estate.
Regency estate is spread across 30 acres of land. It consists of twenty two, twelve storey buildings and two seven storey buildings.
