Sahastra Dhara Road area is a peaceful and greenery area in Dehradun away from most of the hussles and noises of main Dehradun market. You can get a property in your budget as this area is still in developing phase. Prices of the property has been increased double fold in the past couple of years due to the investment by big real estate companies in this area like Unitech, Pacific, Resizone. But you can get a good complete house in a decent budget as well many more flat options. This area is quite far from main ISBT (Dehradun Bus stand) and Railway station.
