Sector-56 is a very good Location. Everything is near about walking distance. Transport facilities are there. Petrol pump, CNG station, schools, hospitals, market is available.

Sector-56 has Lot of greenery, wide roads, good maintenance, here property is cheaper if compared to adjoining areas nearby, lot of space for parking, power back up in lifts, action is being initiated for full power back up, timely maintenance is done, toll free number for electricity complaint, inter-com facility is also going to be provided, rebate is being given for timely paying full maintenance allowance, Kendriya Vihar society is better than others. 24 hours sufficient security.
