Project Reviews Incor Bonsai Homes

Incor Bonsai Homes here I bought my flat on the plan shared by INCOR (Builder) at the time of booking. I was happy to book a flat near by IT corridor which is near to my work place. Over the period, INCOR's initial plan evolved in such a way that spending every day in this property is painful.
Major issues:
1. INCOR had presented a proper entry & exit drive way. This has been changed in such a way that entry n exit way are now merged into single road which are being used for entry as well as exit. People don't mind reversing the car in case another car is coming from the opposite side.
2. STP : No drainage system. STP capacity is not enough to process the water from all four towers. We started loving mosquitoes & cockroach which are part of day to day life. Kids have developed enough immunity to sustain the mosquitoes bit going to emergency ward/ICU.
3. Lift : If you are staying above 2nd floor, you don't need to join any gym. Your health would be taken care by climbing staircase. Thanks to INCOR to install a life which break down every day.
4. Water logging : If you have a balcony, you may enjoy the swimming pool experience in your balcony during raining seasons. Thanks to INCOR to providing such outlets. There are many such small things which will give you lot of in-house experience.
Cautions : Don't go by above words, plz cross check before making decision to buy flats in INCOR's project.

  • STP water is not sufficent to process all the water - no drainage
  • Frequent lift break down
