Bhogapuram is a best residential place. It is near by education hub(avanthi (medical, engineering and polytechnic). It near by new international airport just 4 Km. It is near by IT hub.

Bhogapuram is the best place for investments as far as another 5 years is concern international airport, proposed metro trains, residential plots are developing in huge level, employments like divisor laboratory etc, educational institutes, 3 districts center point are here.

The developments will go to the side of Bhogapuram as the part of this place is very suitable for Residential as well as Govt .Land is also available for construction of the new capital. Also the place was already mentioned in the past for construction of International airport.
