Padappai is emerging as a major transit point between Oragadam and GST. The developments taking place are phenominal. It is surrounded by many Projects from leading developors of Chennai. It is also near to other major towns like Thambaram, Guduvanchery, Vandalur, Sriperumbudur, Poonamallee etc. The Athananchery village under which Subhasri nagar falls is a nice little village with temples and Churches apart from a Mosque.

Pros:
  • It is right in the middle of a booming industrial belt
  • It is surrounded by many upcoming Residential projects and Gated communities.
  • All household needs are available at Padappai town which is about 2 km from this site.
Cons:
  • The layout is yet to develop with proper roads.
  • Bus service on the main road which is about 1 km from this site is yet to offer frequent services.

Padappai is a town near Chennai, India. It is a small town developing fast in Chennai suburbs about 13 km from Tambaram connected to Bangalore highway and near Oragadam, SIPCOT & many big companies like Nissan, Apollo Tyres, Alstom T&D, Infacindia,JK tyres,jamaai ice cream are few companies near this small town. It connected to s.p kovil also. It has BDO office, registrar office and two schools, 3 collages are about 2 km away. It is well connected with other parts of the city. 24 hrs transportation, situated near to the New Chennai.

  • Best for residential announced by government
Cons:
  • No residential plots in left side in the way of Vandalur to Oragadam
  • Prices may have some variation
