Project Reviews Sikka Karnam Greens

Sikka karnam Greens is situated at the intersection of Noida Expressway. Metro station is only 100 m far away from this project. 3 side open project. Facing 2 Big Authority Park. Project will delivered within 6-8 months.

I just recently booked a 3BHK in Sikka Karnam project and completely regret doing so....the staff handling the application forms is inefficient and perhaps not honest either. I gave a cheque and completed form to a person claiming to be from Investors clinic who gave it to MAX INDIA properties handling the bookings for SIkka Karnam project. They forged and changed all the contact numbers on my forms and all email address and even created a bogus email address in my name claiming to be me and started corresponding with the bogus email id.
If you book any flat here then be prepared for numerous trips to their Preet Vihar office and getting staff to process forms with you. Internally staff are not communicative and cooperative with each other either and ego-ridden.
This is just the beginning of my trials and harassment at hands of Sikka Karnam project.
As they do not process paperwork in time so loan papers also get affected and the company stands to gain if you lose deposit of booking amount or through charging extra for delayed payment.
The company employee revealed that though they will charge us for 1250 sq feet actual carpet area that they will give will be 25% less --- this is a company with hidden costs and not a customer-friendly or Trust-inspiring company. They refuse to give you copied of forms you submit to them either and staff may change these as happened to my forms.

It is good option to invest money at Sikka karnam greens which will return good profit within one year because project is going to complete very soon and price are still very low.
