sec 1 Greater Noida west is a sport sector its mean there is low FAR compare to other noida group housing society and in my project rise resort residences there is 80% green area not open area with low rise development with forest floor which come from Singapore concept

Sector 1 is one of the most promising location within Greater Noida West. There is a bridge which is under construction that will connect this sector to Noida. Hence it will decrease the travel time to Noida. This is also located near FNG expressway that will give another boost to real estate in this sector. Reputed builders are active in this part of the city. Investment in this area will result in good return.

and electricity well. The location of sector-1 is good and free from crowd.

Project Reviews AIMS Golf Town

Aims Golf Town project is very good but builder is very bad. I booked in 2012 but still they reached on 6th floor structure construction they promise to deliver by June-2016. But i don't think they can deliver by June-2017.
