Sevvapet Road is the name of the railway station on Madras Central - Thiruvallur line. This railway station is situated alongside the MTH (Madras Thiruvallur Highway) within walking distance. The housing area between MTH Road and that railway station is in Thozhuvur Revenue village. One approved layout known as United India Nagar is just lying in between. If residential plots are available for outright sale, they may have many takers.
