The place offers all facilities in plenty and is best suited for families, individuals and people with business and other professional interests. It is fairly cosmopolitan and modern in outlook. It is well connected by all means of transportation round the clock. The place is very safe for all to live. It is self contained in amenities and provides stress free joyful living experience.

All kind of facilities available in plenty and within easy rach

Cons:

A bit crowded especially the streets which for some may take time to adjust

Saibaba Colony is know very well about sbcolony for we are residing in 8th street kk pudur sb colony hence know very well about the location

Medical, provision vegetables at easy reach
Baring NSR Road streets are narrow

Very crowded and polution rate high
Driving in nsr road to bad now
