Spaze I-Tech Park, strategically located on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, is a state of the art, centrally air-conditioned office complex which within a short span of about a year and half since delivery has an occupancy of over 60% and houses big names such as Capgemini, Aircel, Shoppers Stop, Huawei etc.
It provides an excellent environment for working. It is well maintained.

  • Strategically located on Sohna Road, Gurgaon
  • Very well managed and good working environment
Cons:
  • Basement parking is not available for purchase but only on rental basis

New beautifully constructed building right on main Sohna Road, very close to the Commercial and Residential Hub of Gurgaon. Just 5 minutes off the NH8 Jaipur Highway with all facilities like Power Backup,Security, Central Air-conditioning.
